5 Bedroom with ID Design and Air conditioned, Max can fit 26 pax to maximise comfortability. Best for mini party, small group and friends gathering.

For Large Event or Wedding Event must contact us to check is it available during your dates. As we may be declining due to full occupancy or exceeded limited occupancy. Thanks
Other things to note
The swimming pool is 0.9m deep. Please bring floats for children and adult supervision is required at all times.

The beach area is around 1200sqft, large enough for some little beach activities.

Please take care of your children to stay away from the barbeque area and the lake side area, or adult supervision is required at all times.

DO NOT bring your own sound system. All music and noise volume must be lowered down after 10pm. It can still be an enjoyable volume but not excessive. Thanks for understanding.

All decos and props used MUST be removed without damages to our wall, flooring or furnitures.

All types of Fireworks, Firecrackers, Dangerous and Illegal Material/Substance NOT ALLOWED
