Sea View Suite @ Straits Quay Marina

You will love this marina location for its serenity and tranquility. Enjoying the corner unit's unique Dual View.....relaxing sea-view from the cozy frontal balcony and the natural sun light (and view) from the side windows.

Decorations are kept to the minimal to suit to your feeling of spaciousness (1,200 sq ft) while providing a functional home with a range of electrical appliances for your comfort.

We are a husband/wife team who understands the needs of a family or a small group.

The space

Our home at 5th floor (6th floor is the highest of this building) has a total of 4 beds able to fit a max of 5 guests nicely, facilitated by 2 air-cons, ceiling fan, comfortable 3-seater sofa & 2-seater sofa, big TV, Wifi, TV Box, 2 bar chairs (for laptop work at kitchen's bar top) and 2 bathrooms (with 1 cozy bath tub).....and a range of comics and board games.

- Bedroom: 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, 1 floor mattress
- Living room: 1 single bed

Our kitchen has stove, microwave oven, baking oven, refrigerator, electrical kettle, washing machine and kitchenware/utensils.

* A separate set of muslim-friendly kitchenware/utencils (and 2 pieces of sejadah) are available upon request

Basic toiletries are provided........body wash, hand wash, dish wash, toilet papers. Cooking oil/salt and detergent (for washing machine) are not provided.

Towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

* Grocery shops are available within walking distance around the mall area.

Hand sanitizer is provided (placed near entrance door).
Sanitization are done after every check-out.

The recreational facilities at 3A floor (4th floor) are available for use......swimming pool, gym, and tennis court (please book a time-slot).
Guest access
1 security door/lift access card, 1 home door key, 1 parking access card will be provided.

* RM50 penalty will be collected for lost of any of these items

There is a designated free parking lot a the residents carpark.

* additional requirement of parking lot has to use the retail carpark (payable by your TnG card or credit card)

Within and around the Straits Quay Mall has a variety of eateries, pubs, retail shops, barber, clinic, evening Zumba group dance, bicycles/e-Scooters for rent, long stretch of seafront Promenede for jogging/strolling, a beach picnic spot, luxury yatch cruising.......and much more.
